Wy has my speech to text suddenly gone wonky?

I'm using Speech-to-Text right now this is what it is doing can someone please explain to me why it is doing this? Anything I say, instead of giving me the option to change a word it isn't sure about, it just writes multiple sentences for each unsure word. What happened?

It's a Galaxy S4 6.0.1 I guess
