    Hello..
I did a factory reset for my phone s4 but before that I copied all the files and folders to my PC by the USB cable..
Is there a way I can restore my contacts from these files? Is there a software that can read the files and get the contacts and the messages.
    Thanks

The contacts aren't in those files. The contacts and messages are stored in a secure location that is not visible to you when you plug in your phone to a PC, so they aren't included in the files you copied. They should have been backed up using proper methods like a backup tool or online. Basically you just deleted them and you have no backup of your contacts and messages to restore from.
