Why is my phone restarting when I try to turn my bluetooth off?

I have a problem with my 1-day old phone. Its bluetooth automatically turned on and when I try to turn it off, my phone will restart. Its bothersome. Is there any solutions without requiring phone reset?

.. When i turn off my bluetooth , my phone restarts and it is still .. Bluetooth is on

I resolved the problem by switching LOCATION off. Then Bluetooth was switch off easily.
