Why i am getting this ad on my main screen even when im not running any application

For Few days now I have noticed that I'm getting a similar frustrating AD on both my phone and iPad both are Tecno divices. When this ad pops up it will cover the entire screen and eventually open strange web Windows without my command.

Welcome to Android Central! You probably installed some adware unwittingly, alongside some other app. Uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away.
