[Lenovo A536]I deleted my cm11 os accidently and now i cant boot

[AC Question]

So yesterday i installed cm11 but then it started beeing a little laggy so i booted to twrp and i accidently hit system on format and now i am just stuck at the leonvo cyangogenmod screen and i cant boot on recovery mode

My device is Lenovo a536.

I tried to remove the battery to flash using sp flash tool but the mediatek preloader keeps conecting and disconecting . It is not my cable nor my pc.

Please help!
