Huaweii y625-21 stuck on logo

[AC Question]

Hello, i have this phone and i can't get past the logo of my operator (meo portugal) i try to make a hard reset that , factory reset , but i wont past the logo anyway tried all the options , can anyone help me with this?

i had the same problem with a samsung phone some time ago, i fixed it with odin and with stock firmware, but i dont now how to proceed with this.

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, this usually means there's a problem with the firmware or hardware. Is it still under warranty? Odin is specifically for Samsung devices, and I'm not aware of a similar tool for Huawei phones.
