How do I delete my husband's Gmail account

On January 13th my husband of 22years left me for a very unstable woman. Both are severe bipolar addicted to prescription medication and raging alcoholics both are extremely unstable and I'm not safe February 22nd our home caught on fire with me in it and by the grace of God I was saved by First Responders my husband was the last person who was in the room where the fire started I need to delete his Gmail account because he's in contact with people who are causing myself and my children to be unsafe how can I do that please help
