Facebook is not connecting to the Internet in iball slide snap 4g 2

[AC Question]

I am using Facebook in this tab since 1 year. But in last 10 days, Facebook is not connecting to the Internet while other apps are running smoothly. Not only Facebook, messenger also not connecting. While putting id and password and clicking on submit button, it is showing 'sorry, can't connect, no Internet connection'. I have re downloaded the latest version and still shows the same. Please help me.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data? If you're only on wi-fi, then does it happen on any wi-fi network, or just your home network?

Try going to Settings>Apps​, select Facebook, and Clear Cache/Clear Data.
