Remove spam filter on specific email address

On the phone, you cannot since the spam filtering is being done on the email server.

Using a web browser, you may be able to update some of the email account settings at your email provider's website. But that is unlikely.
Usually what you need to do is to use the web interface to the email server to see the email and "mark as not spam" before you download it to your phone.

Ideally, the email provider lets you edit the spam filtering configurations using something like procmail filters, but most email providers do not let you do that.
