How do I choose which screen overlay is on top?

I have both Twilight and Cornerfly installed on my phone (Oneplus 3T on Android 7.1.1). Unfortunately when Twilight is enabled it always draws over the Cornerfly overlay, but i would prefer to force Cornerfly to stay on the top layer. Is this possible? Thanks.
