Samsung S7 Edge freezes when locked

[AC Question]

Hey, my samsung s7 edge started to freeze up. So i tried what most people would do and did a complete factory reset. That did not help. Every time when I turn it on, it starts lagging and when it locks, the screen freezes and I have to use the volume down and power button.

When I try to enter the factory reset menu, it shows a yellow warning sign and a dead android.

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28008

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
