enable system UI on AT&T

[AC Question]

I have followed the instructions to enable System UI on an AT&T S7 Edge. To activate it, simply tap and hold on the Settings icon in the Quick Settings menu and then wait for it to spin. You’ll know it’s been enabled when you see an alert that it’s been activated.

Is the feature not available for AT&T phones?

I don't believe it's available on Samsung phones...
