How can I fix "Error loading media: file could no be played" in a Samsung smart TV when I try to play a recorded stuff online through the TV browser?

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean by recorded stuff? You mean streaming video like YouTube? I would imagine that most smart TV browsers don't support Flash or HTML5.
