My Samsung Wireless Charging Pad does not recognize my Galaxy S5.

[AC Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 with the wireless charging back cover. I also have the Samsung Wireless Charging Pad. I can not get the Pad to recognize the Phone. The Pad works fine with the Galaxy 7 Edge so I know it's not the Pad's issues. The wireless cover is from Samsung. Can someone please help?

Welcome to Android Central! Can you test the phone on another wireless charging pad? Maybe the back cover is faulty.
