How do I get my stuff back

My phone went to b repaired I have it back but it's like new. I have no apps or photos and it's not backed up is there anything I can do? And is there a way to get my whatsapp pics back

Welcome to the forums. Data recovery can be kind of tricky. As you load more data to the device (installing apps, download files, etc.) you are overwriting everything that is tagged to be overwritten. I have heard of some PC programs that can recover erased data. I haven't used them, and cannot verify if they work or not.

As for the Whatsapp, if the photos didn't come back after you signed back in, I would assume they are gone.
