Can't download or view PDF Attachment in Yahoo Mail App

I used to be able to click on the PDF attachment in my Yahoo Mail App on my Verizon Edge - Android phone, but now it shows an error that says Can't find application to open file.

I tried to uninstall and re-install the Yahoo Mail App - Still didn't fix anything
I tried to clear the cache and app data - Still didn't fix the problem

Does anyone know what happened? I can forward the attachment to my computer and open it just fine. But I would like to be able to open up the PDF attachment on my phone.

To view PDF files, you need an app that knows how to do that. As a general rule, email apps do not know how to view files, just how to send and download the files.

There are multiple apps for viewing PDF files, but an obvious choice to try is Adobe's app.

I don't think it's PDF Reader issue. I tried to open using folder app and it loads fine. Only Yahoo app can't find the application. Maybe due to some new permission that Yahoo has failed to read.

That could be.
I don't use Yahoo's app.
You might end up needing to download the attachment, save it to the storage then manually open the file.
