Note 4, Cant download apps

Hi everyone, so today I got a Note 4 and I connected to the internet and it is all working fine. Except I cant download any apps on Google Play store. It will give me the error code 495. I read online to clear cache and force stop. I tried this but it didnt work. If you have any suggestions please let me know. Thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?

Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.

If that doesn't work, try going to Settings>Accounts-Google, select your Google account, and remove it completely from the phone. Then add it back again, and see if that helps.
