S5 sim card block blackmail

On my s5 i get a lock screen that tells me to open a webpage that says

Your phone was hacked. The phone will be unlocked after paying $86 for a
VISA card: 4890-3541-4945-3884 or
Payeer wallet: P25531036 or
BTC wallet: 1GDdA94BPUBjZxn1U3VSAht8oGbxHbvooF
After payment you will receive the link for the unlock code.
If payment is not made within 24 hours, data will be deleted. The phone will be locked
forever.

What can i do? Should i report it to the police?

Under no circumstances should you pay these people. Turn off the phone, if it won't respond, pull the battery out. Take out the sim card and reboot it. If you have a malware app, scan the device now. I'll find a link that has this as topic and will post it here shortly...
