How do I remove OMA client provisioning from my phone

I've recently found a number of items in my phone apps and usage belonging to OMA these things were put in my phone without my permission and all my personal accounts were hacked so I disabled them done factory reset and I thought it was over except as I checked my phone today I find OMA all over again and still without my knowledge so I'm assuming that this is illegal so I need to know who is going to be of any kind of help before I go to the police which I'd rather not so is there any chance you could remove your software from my phone please oh and I'm a 53yr old male and my device is a Sony Ericsson Xperia E5
