why is my Settings app quitting and asking me to restart?

[AC Question]

I did the update (not a big fan so far), but I'm trying to login to my doctor's Wi-Fi and every time I open settings, it crashes.

Welcome to the forums. What device do you have? Have you tried a cache clear in recovery?
