how do i bypass the wizard setup on a samsung galaxy j1

this is an old phone i am trying to give to my daughter and after she did a hard reset it wont login with my samsung account so how do i bypass this just so she can use it on wifi?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that it doesn't recognize your Samsung account? Can you try to recover the account? I forgot my Samsung ID (email address) or password.
