My Mazda CX-5 won't sync my contacts from Galaxy 6

[AC Question]

Bought a late model 2016 Mazda CX-5. It will start to import my contacts to the Bluetooth , then just stops. I cannot make calls without reciting the phone number. Has anyone else experienced the same? Has it been resolved and if so, how? Thanks!
