Why do my apps keep closing?

Whenever I'm connected to the WiFi at my job I keep having problems with my apps. Some of them (mostly games) just jump to the home screen but when I reopen​ the app it goes back to where I was. When ever I'm on Facebook it will automatically go back to the top of the feed after about 20-30 seconds and whenever I watch videos it does the same thing. It only does this on the WiFi at work if I'm on 4G or any other wifi it doesn't do it. Is there any way to fix this?

Maybe you have some firewall restrictions at your office network and this is the root of your issue...
It can be tested easily with another mobile device from your office wifi...if the issue still persist, then the situation is clear

I've asked around and no one else seems to have any issues.
