There should be blocking for any number or for anything "starting with" - like 800 or 888, etc. There are also blocking apps you can install, but Android does it internally now. Upvote 0 Downvote

In the phone log, select the number you want to block, tap the 3-dot menu, "reject" or "block" or something to that effect. Keep in mind that "block" means "send to voicemail after zero rings".
