my asus zenfone 3 won`t turn on when i plug in to the charger

[AC Question]

my zenfone 3 onle a week old and i plugged it to charger more than 3 hours for now. .and also LED light is blinking when plugged in to the charger. .please help me.

Let it charge on a wall outlet for at least 4-6 hours, then press and hold Power for about 10-15 seconds to see if it turns on. If not, then try a different charging cable/plug. If that doesn't work, then see if you can return it to the store where you bought it, or contact ASUS for warranty repair/replacement.

thank you for your advice. .i did as you said but it still not turning on. .but when i tried to turn it on it vibrate a bit. .:'(will my phone gonna be okay. .one time it showed that battery is low. .will my fone on. .

Have you tried a different charging cable/plug? After you try to power on and it vibrates a bit, wait a few minutes, and then try to call your cellphone using another phone. Does it ring?
