How do i solve the charging probelm i face on a regular basis on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3? ?

After connecting the charger the electricity gets disconnected sometimes and then reconnects. It goes on like that all the time. I don't know what the problem is. Its acting really weird. Sometimes the dock mode gets activated and then gets disconnected. It's really annoying. I'd really be grateful if someone gives a proper solution.

Troubleshoot. Try different charger. Try charger on different device.
Gently wriggle the plug at the phone end- does it cut in and out? Could be the actual socket. Loose connection.. Broken wire in lead...
