System overlay

[AC Question]

I've been trying for days to figure out screen overlay and how to get rid of it I've done everything suggested still can't get into some apps because of it. Totally disgusted. And I did nothing that made this suddenly appear HELP

You need to find the app that is acting as the overlay and either temporarily disable it or uninstall it.

The common apps are
screen dimmers (Lux, twilight)
sliding menus and trays
Facebook bubbles
multiple apps by Cheetah Mobile
