Phone scrolling and clicking on it's own (Le Eco S3)

[AC Question]

I have bought a Le Eco S3 3 months back. Today, I saw my phone doing ghost stuff. It's clicking and scrolling on its own. It's practically unusable. I have done soft reset, hard reset (factory reset). Still no luck. I have read that it could be a hardware issue. Some suggested taking the battery off. Unfortunately, that's not an option (non-removable battery). What should I do at this point? Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

try this app and see if the display responds to touches without you actually touching the screen.
