can't press anything on my phone

[AC Question]

not able to press anything on my s7 edge. was able to socft shut it down but still nothing i had the problem before let it set for 24hrs turned it on and worked fine. well this time it didn't so i took the phone to verizon and the wonderful tech did it to factory reset and still not able to touch anything , of course he said well you can pay 150 and send it in ... i dont have that and wondering if there are any other ways to get this phone to work its soft shut down but sure would like my phone ... any help would be great
