Need to know what I need to fix my screen?

I dropped my galaxy s7 a few time and after the last time a day or two later the screen went completely black, i can hear everything like clicking on apps and volume up and can do everything but i cant see anything. I went to a local repair shop and without telling me what part i need said it would cost $250 for a certain piece. What is this certain piece and does it cost $250 or should i go somewhere else?

The piece was probably the screen, and $250 seems reasonable for a new screen and the labor to replace it.
