System ui keeps crashing

[AC Question]

Hi. Please help. Whenever I start up my ZTE blade A110 the system ui will crash repetitively. Is there a way I can stop this.
I am prepared to do a factory reset if I have to but I am having trouble so please tell me how.

to reset your phone:

1. Back up data on the internal memory.
2. With the device turned off, press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the ZTE logo screen appears, then release.
3. Press the Volume down button to highlight wipe data/factory reset.
4. Press the Power button to select.
5. Press the Volume down button repeatedly until Yes -- delete all user data is highlighted.
6. Press the Power button to select.
7. Wait as the device resets.
