Why cant i use the internet without wifi

So i bought my Lg G Stylo 2 years ago and it still works fine but the promblem is that it says that there is 4G Or Data but when i go to open a app or a browser it always keeps loading for so long and it keeps saying no connection and i tried and tried to fix it but my phone works only with wifi but the wierd thing is it says the data i shown and everything i can still text and call perfectly and it still wont let me use any app exept calling and texting and i have told my parents if they have blocked something and they said they have done nothing to the data of my phone so if you could please help me ASAP that would be amazing thanks
