I have a Moto g3 which I bought in December of 2015. Now in March of 2017 ot is running very slowly, the battery life is very poor (it could run down by 30% from listening to Spotify offline for 30 mins). I always need to have my phone charger with me. It also is taking a very long time to charge and I think there is a problem with the charging port as I seem to break a micro USB lead every fee weeks! I have a new one now that I bought about 3 weeks ago and it needs to be wiggled around for my phone to charge and it works absolutely no problem when charging my earphones.
In addition to this, since the last system update, all my apps seem to crash and be non responsive. Since opening this page, Spotify has crashed.
I was wondering if there are things I can do to fix this or if it's time to get a new phone? Thanks
