help - nexus 5 black screen, recover.

my nexus 5 went black screened.
now i used Dr.Fond (app that suppose to recover everything)
but it did not find anything..

any suggestions?

searching for maybe other free apps or low paid ones that could do the job.

yes phone still working, some times i hear vibrating sound and screen touches on dial.
