Connection problem on "dead" phone

[AC Question]

Lately my phone dropped into water.
After the drop it worked fine.
Next day I bough some rice to take the water completely out.
Now the phone will react if I do a hard reset ( pressing during 10 second the off button) but nothing shows up onto the screen.
So I guess it is broken but this wouldn't explain why my phone can't be recognized by my PC (to save the date).
Is there any possibility to get the data on the main phone disk?

Call it up. If it rings, it's the screen. Replace it. If it doesn't, take it to a repair shop. They may be able to save your data.
