AC Question

I am using Samsung J500H for about 2 years now, and I have experienced panning in all my songs until I bought a new sd card and transferred all my songs there. When I bought it, all the songs that had panning on them do not pan now, and I am really confused. Is the sd card corrupt? Pls I need an immediate answer.

P. S. I have tried everything to make it pan but it doesn't work.

Why are my songs not panning?

I have a J5 and I just noticed that the songs that once pan now plays doesn't pan anymore. There's no more panning. Im really upset about this. Is the problem the sd card with all my songs? Or is the problem the songs itself? Need immediate response.

Well to start. What app are you using to play the songs that used to pan?

Re: Why are my songs not panning?

Yes. Do you think its the sd card?

It's pretty odd that it's both apps. I honestly wish I had an answer for you but I don't?
Not sure what the SD Card would have to do with it. I guess you would test by having songs on your internal memory and seeing if it still happens?
As a test

Re: Phone Audio not panning

Merged your multiple threads. It's best to continue the discussion in your original thread, rather than creating new threads asking the same question, since it can be confusing for the people who are trying to help you. Thanks!

Is there a Surround Sound feature anywhere, like in an Equalizer setting?
