Huawei handset, unable to record to video

[AC Question]

When I try to record videos the message Camera is currently recording audio appears.
Com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox.interactor will not be able to record right now !!!!!!!
I've taken the handset back to the EE shop where they think they've solved the problem but minutes later it resorts to the above message.
HOW can I get rid of this and be able to record, bloody annoying ????
