Why is my ASUS TAB does not turn on?

My ASUS tablet won't start. When i try to turn it on it only vibrates once. What I should I do? power + volume doesn't work. I tried to remove the battery and plugged it back, it did not work as well. Please help.

Does it boot up if you plug it in charger? If yes, it's the battery. If no, it's the device. Does it connect to anything? Did the screen come in at all? It may be the screen...
