I have 3 text messages. No notification of 3 text messages, on android.

Welcome to the forums! What phone are you using, and are you using a stock messaging app (the one that came with your phone) or a third party messaging app? If you're using a third party messaging app, make sure that specific app is enabled as your primary SMS app.
