    Haven't been able to watch in a month on my galaxy grand prime and haven't been able to get solved by cricket or sling

    Welcome to Android Central! What have you already tried? Any of the following?

    1. Go to App Manager, select Sling TV, then Storage, then Clear Cache/Clear Data.
    2. Uninstall Sling TV and reinstall.
    3. Wipe cache partition of phone (https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-30545).
