I have a Nexus 6p with 64gb of storage. I've always filled my phone with as much music as possible so that I can listen offline. About 45gb of my actual available storage space of 58gb is music. I'm running out of space quickly. So I started to think that maybe I should just upload my music to Google Drive (which I have plenty of extra space that I pay for), but my music was not listed under audio, but under apps, and specifically Google Play music. In other words, I couldn't transfer to Google Drive. Frankly, I don't remember how I downloaded since I put the songs there a year and a half ago.
Here's my question then. If I go to Clear Data on the Apps setting, will I lose all my Music? I'm unsure since the songs are backed up to the cloud, but I've never had to clear space like this. I know this probably a novice question, but I'm asking before I make a mistake.
