won't take voice messages..mailbox full

Callers are told that they can't leave message because the mailbox is full.

Assuming your voicemail is full, you need to delete some of the old messages to make room for new messages.

If you voicemail is not full, you need to contact your carrier for help since they are the ones controlling your voicemail system.
