battery with question mark and empty battery symbols?

[AC Question]

My phone is a LG X Power, and this question mark appears at the middle of my screen with an empty battery symbol on it. anyone have a clue? the worst thing is the phone cannot be restart or even switch off.
(the battery also implanted by the LG. so its hard to take it off from the phone)
