Email app fails to download/open attachments

[AC Question]

Have Samsung S5 on Android 6.0.1 Receive email to work email account - can open attachments on PC in Outlook, but when access same email in standard email app on phone am unable to open. Get "Unable to load attachment." Can send same email from PC to personal email account, and using same email app, can open/view attachment. Can send email from work email account on phone to personal email account and can open/view the attachments. Is there a setting in email accounts that might explain this?

Are you using wifi or mobile data?
Many email apps will not download attachments on mobile data by default; you can change that.
