My LG 4 Verizon is stuck in reboot mode.

Battery is charged but I have to remove & replace just for it to go to LG screen. A couple times it actually changed to red Verizon screen & once it made it to home screen. I did volume down & power button combination then tried safe mode, restart & something else but it would only go black again. If only I could get important info from hard drive. : ( is there anyone whose had any luck with this?
