How do I resolve my issue without factory resetting?

My husband is unable to receive calls. Everytime I call him, it rings on my end and goes to vm, but on his end he receives the message "Unfortunately, call management has stopped" and has an X next to Close App. It leaves no indication that a call has been missed, and there is not a "Call Management" app. He can receive text messages and make calls just fine. He is missing business calls and he is frustrated. Please help. We have the Lg Stylo2. We've contaced Sprint and was told they've exhausted all options and the issue is still happening. We would hate to have to factory reset, and it still not work. We've tried resetting the network, change it to CDMA only, and made sure the Interupption option was not on. Please help.
