I have a Samsung Galaxy Tap A 6 and I can't use all my apps when I'm at the home screen.

I tried to fix it by smart manager and it shows a option to turn it off but it won't work and shut down my Samsung and it still won't work.

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, are you using a Galaxy Tab A6 tablet, or a Galaxy A6 phone?

What do you mean that you can't use all of your apps? Are some apps not opening? Is it only when you try to tap the icon on the homescreen, as opposed to the App Drawer?
