Before you tell me to try turning it on and off, attempting to do the power and volume button thing, tried that. Also tried the button you need a pin to use. No amount of button pressing and holding does anything. We tried all that. (This is my mother's tablet) it's not the kind where you can take off the back and remove the battery. Can't even tell if it's dead.
Just a screen and unresponsiveness. How do we
fix it? Should we take it to a store that will do it for us?
