Lowercase i no long capitalising

[AC Question]

Not sure what I did but when typing 'i' and pressing space it is not capitalised. I'm using the Google Gboard, it use to put a capital 'I' where one should go but now it is always lowercase unless it is the start of a sentence. There is nothing in my personal dictionary and spell checking is turned on. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S7 runningAndroid 7.0.

Welcome to Android Central! When you tap "i", long-press the "i" that appears in the text prediction row, then drag it to the Remove Suggestion icon. Does that help?
