Google music - no download option?

Using Marshmallow on Galaxy 7S Edge. I just purchased an album from the Google Play music store on my phone. Now I want to download the album, but it doesn't show up in my library (I do have the downloaded only option turned off). I went back into album in the store and although the symbol for having already purchased the album is there, the only option I have is to "Listen." Am I doing something wrong or is there a Marshmallow bug of some sort? Thanks!

Have you tried rebooting your phone? On the album there is no 'download' icon next to the PLAY button? What about on the web version of Play Music, is the 'Download MP3' option present there?
